Worst customer service! We purchased our wedding ring at the Downey location... (Thats a whole other review - -100) I am aware it has been about a yr. and a half since ive gotten anything done to it because the downey location was closed. I called in to see what could be done and right away I was answered with why didnt you look us up before... i was not calling to get lectured i was actually willing to re purchase the warranty but after this ladies tone and her saying other stuff... I asked for her name and she was hesitant to give it to me, i had to ask about 5 times she responded with "bring it in and lets see what we can do!" Her name is Melody and she did not want ro give me her managers name i told her that i am the customer and her as an employe should learn how to handle situations better! Her managers name is Lita. This jewelry store is the worst. everytime i look at our rings it reminds me of the ugliness of people wanting to make a sale. Oh its all roses and congrats when you walk in but after you purchase, its not my problem and f$@*! U. Dont i repeat Dont purchase here! Now im looking for a place that will buy our rings so I can purchase somewhere else!!
